These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the EXA website, store, and any related services (together, the "Service"). By browsing, creating an account, or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to create an account or place an order. By using the Service you confirm that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate and current.

We may suspend or terminate accounts at our discretion if these Terms are breached or if activity on the account places the Service or other customers at risk.

We make every effort to display products and pricing accurately. Colours, textures, and details may appear slightly different on screen due to display variations. Prices and availability may change at any time without notice.

In the rare event of a pricing or stock error, we reserve the right to cancel any affected order and issue a full refund. We will contact you before doing so wherever possible.

An order is a request to purchase. Acceptance occurs when we dispatch the goods and send a shipping confirmation. Until that point, we may decline an order for reasons including stock unavailability, suspected fraud, or shipping restrictions.

Shipping, customs and returns are handled in accordance with our Shipping and Returns pages, which form part of these Terms.

Payment is taken at checkout in the displayed currency. We accept the payment methods listed on the checkout page. You confirm that you are authorised to use the payment method provided and that the information you supply is true and complete.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, EXA is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service or any product purchased through it. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid by you for the product giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless EXA and its officers, employees, and partners from any claim or demand arising out of your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Service.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable in our place of business, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions. Any dispute will be resolved in the competent courts of that jurisdiction.

We may revise these Terms from time to time. The most current version is always posted on this page. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
