Rates & Delivery Times
Estimated transit times begin once your order has been dispatched. Final rates are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.
Order Processing
Orders placed before 14:00 CLT on a business day are prepared the same day. Orders placed later, on weekends, or on public holidays are processed the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email when your order ships.
Duties & Customs
International shipments may be subject to import duties and taxes levied by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the order total. Refusing a parcel does not exempt the recipient from these charges.
Tracking Your Order
A tracking link is included in your shipping confirmation email. You can also view real-time tracking from your account dashboard at any time. If tracking has not updated in 48 hours, please contact us.
Lost or Delayed Parcels
If your parcel has not arrived within the estimated window, email hello@exa.com with your order number. We will open an investigation with the carrier and replace or refund any parcel confirmed lost in transit.
