Returns & Exchanges
We want you to feel certain about every EXA piece you keep. If something is not right, return it within 30 days for a full refund to your original payment method.
30 Days
From the day your order is delivered, you have 30 days to request a return.
Prepaid
We provide a prepaid label for domestic returns. International return shipping is at the customer's cost.
Full Refund
Once received and checked, your refund is issued to the original payment method within 5 business days.
How it works
Request
Log in to your account, open the order, and choose Request Return. Or write to hello@exa.com within 30 days of delivery.
Pack
Place items unworn, unwashed and with tags attached back inside the original packaging. Include the return slip we email you.
Send
Drop your parcel at the nearest carrier point using the prepaid label we provide. Keep your proof of postage until refund.
Refund
Refunds are issued within 5 business days of receiving your return, back to the original payment method.
Conditions
- Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery.
- Pieces must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and free from marks, makeup, or fragrance.
- All original tags, dustbags, and hardware must be attached.
- Underwear, swimwear, earrings, and final-sale items are not eligible for return for hygiene reasons.
- Sale items are eligible for store credit only, unless prohibited by local law.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct size or colour exchanges. Stock moves quickly, and we want to guarantee the piece you want is waiting for you.
The fastest path: place a new order for the size or colour you would like, then return the original. Your refund and your new piece arrive on their own timelines, with no risk of either selling out.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
In the rare event a piece arrives faulty or you receive an incorrect item, contact us within 7 days at hello@exa.com with photos and your order number. We will arrange a replacement or full refund, including any return shipping cost.
