Orders & Payment
Add the pieces you want to your bag, proceed to checkout, and complete payment. You will receive a confirmation email immediately after your order is placed.
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay. All transactions are encrypted and processed through Shopify Payments.
Yes. We never see or store your card details. Payments are processed by PCI-DSS compliant providers and protected with TLS encryption from end to end.
Orders can be modified or cancelled within 2 hours of placement by emailing hello@exa.com with your order number. After that, we begin preparing your shipment and changes are no longer possible.
Every EXA order arrives in our signature packaging. A complimentary handwritten note can be added at checkout.
Shipping & Delivery
We ship worldwide. Delivery times and rates vary by destination — see our Shipping page for full details.
Domestic orders typically arrive within 2–5 business days. International orders take 5–14 business days depending on destination and customs clearance.
You will receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships. You can also view tracking from your account dashboard.
Prices are shown exclusive of duties and import taxes. International customers are responsible for any duties charged by their local customs authority.
Sizing & Fit
EXA pieces are designed with intentional, relaxed silhouettes — boxy fits, dropped shoulders, wide-leg trousers. We recommend taking your normal size unless the product page notes otherwise.

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, with all tags attached. See our Returns page for the full process.
Returns & Exchanges
Unworn, unwashed items with original tags can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund to the original payment method.
Log in to your account, open the order, and select Request Return. We will email you a prepaid label and instructions.
Refunds are issued within 5 business days of us receiving your return. Bank processing can add a further 3–10 business days depending on your card issuer.
For a different size or colour, the fastest path is to place a new order and return the original. This guarantees stock and avoids shipping delays.
Product & Care
Each garment is produced in small batches with carefully chosen partner workshops. Country of origin is listed on every product page.
Care instructions are printed on every garment. As a rule, we recommend washing cold, drying flat, and steaming rather than ironing. See our Care Guide for fabric-specific guidance.
Contact hello@exa.com within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number. We will arrange a replacement or full refund.
Account & Privacy
No. You can check out as a guest. An account lets you track orders, save addresses, and request returns more quickly.
We only collect what we need to fulfil your order and improve your experience. Read our Privacy Policy for full details.
